Heavy Handed Advice. By: Author Brandy Arnold. This year has been one of the weirdest and strangest times of my life. For me, not a ton has changed. I was already a chronically ill person that avoided going out a lot. I already chose to stay home the majority of the time. I already worked for myself as well as for someone else from home. We also never go anywhere for Christmas. We spend it in our own home with our kids and my mom will come over. The only thing missing and it sucks this year is my oldest daughter and my grandson, but that had nothing to do with Covid.

I want you to know that you matter, you are loved, you are so important. Please do not let depression and loneliness take over. We all go through times that are hard and lonely. Those are the perfect times for us to take the power back and kick depression to the curb and work on ourselves.
